1. We require your Instagram username and password in order to market your account. We do not archive or distribute your password to anyone.

2. We do not comment, follow or un-follow Instagram users on your behalf.

3. A password re-verification may occur if you reside outside of the United States. If a password re-verification occurs you must email instaBank the new password or we will not be able to fulfill your package services. It is your responsibility to send the new password to instabankmarketing@gmail.com within 5 business days of the password re-verification. If you fail to send the new password within the allotted time frame your campaign will be canceled without a refund.

4. Upon our team logging into your Instagram account, Instagram may send you a verification code for security purposes. If a verification code is sent to you then, you must email the verification code to instabankmarketing@gmail.com. If you fail to send the verification code within the allotted time frame your campaign will be canceled without a refund

5. instaBank is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any other Instagram/Facebook third-party partners in any way.

6. instaBank is a month to month service. Clients can cancel at any time. instaBank will charge you card every month until a written notice is emailed to instabankmarketing@gmail.com within at least 5 business days prior to your billing date. Your monthly billing date is listed in the “Getting started” email sent you to you at the beginning of your campaign.  instaBank does not issue refunds.

7. Your Instagram account must be set to public view.

8. instaBank is not responsible for your account being Banned, Deleted or Penalized in any way. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. instaBank discourages the use of spam and or robot accounts and any violation of the law.

9. To use instaBank’s service you must agree to the terms and conditions stated above. It is your sole responsibility to check whether these Terms have been updated.
